The processing of personal data in the context of the use of the data processing “zoom” outside the European Union “Zoom” is a service provided by a US provider. The processing of personal data is therefore also carried out in a third country. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Zoom that meets the requirements of section 28 of the RGPD. In these cases, our interest is the effective organization of online meetings. To allow video to be displayed and audio playback, data is processed from your terminal microphone and each video camera on the terminal for the duration of the meeting. You can turn off or disable the camera or microphone at any time with zoom apps. The RGPD grants certain rights to the people concerned (also called our users) in order to guarantee the confidentiality and protection of their personal data.
